Alex L. Moore, Ph.D. -  President & CEO

Dr. Moore is a Principal Consultant and foremost Business Strategist.  He is a Project Manager with outstanding outcomes in all of our service areas.   As President & CEO of QMI, he leads by example having service and ethics as his hallmark.  Dr. Moore has a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology and post doctoral Business Training at the Rive-Reine Business School in Vevey, Switzerland and the Leadership Institute of Columbus, Ohio.  He has held the positions of  Senior Vice President/Vice President in the consumer goods, banking, and retail sectors.  He has also held the position of Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer in the banking industry.  In the consulting arena, Dr. Moore has held the positions of Senior/Managing Consultant for several Big Five consulting firms.  With his vast experience and outstanding track record, clients are guaranteed professional and quantifiable results.

Edward Davis, Ph.D. -  Principal

Dr. Davis is our Statistical Analyst and Decision Sciences Authority.  He is a former Dean of the Business School at Clark-Atlanta University and has been a Professor of Statistics, Information System Management, Production Management & Forecasting, and Decision Sciences.  Dr. Davis has a B.S. in Mathematics, two Masters of Science, one in Mathematics, and one in Management Science, and a Ph.D. in Operations Research/Mathematics/Statistics.

William Leftwich, III - Principal

Mr. Leftwich provides Senior Consulting Leadership as Lead Interface with all Government departments and agencies.  He has an extensive background with the Department of Defense in the areas of Government Affairs, Executive and Legislative Actions, Organizational Planning, and Program Management.  He holds a B.S. from Miami of Ohio University & a honorary Ph.D. from Utah State University.

Luther Speight, CPA - Principal

As a seasoned Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Speight provides his expertise in Transactional Analysis, Process Analysis, and Problem Identification & Resolution.  His reputation for being highly skilled in understanding diverse client business environments and offering profitable solutions is unrivalled.  Mr. Speight holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Clark-Atlanta University.  He has over 17 years of consulting experience.
